earthenergy.bestreviewed.Net – If you are looking for some complete DIY wind power plans to learn how to build DIY wind generators, here they are. Watch the video and click the link above to learn more. You can learn how to build a powerful, efficient and well engineered turbine with the guide at the link above which is also inexpensive to build. As I said in the video, you can build one for as little as $150 (thats the best I’ve done, anyway). The turbines made from this guide are strong and can handle powerful gusts of wind, and also produce relatively large amounts of power from slow winds. You can’t buy equivalent turbines in stores for less than $700 or so. So check it out now at the link above and get your guide and start building diy wind turbines! You can totally forget about your power bill and you’ll also be helping the environment.

Part 2 is now done and covers power generation: www.youtube.com Harness the wind for less than $100. DIY vertical wind turbine of the Savonius style. Notable is that this cost less than $100 in materials so far and that the largest part of this turbine is recycled materials (the PVC drums previously held Balsamic Vinegar from Italy). Also, this turns well in a very light wind. Axle: 3 inch PVC piping from Home Depot Bearings: 5 inch lazy suzan from Lowes. Part 2 will cover power generation and connection to the battery bank.

Taking a motor from an old exercise treadmill and some PVC pipe, John Park constructs a wind-powered generator. The electrical power may not be enough to get your home off the grid, but the great thing about the project is how it explains in simple terms the technology involved in turning wind into free electricity. Download the pdfs for these projects at www.makezine.tv
